About Body Graphics

Founded in 1992, Body Graphics has been a beacon of quality tattoo work for over three decades. Our studio is known for its world-class artists, bright, clean, and safe environment, and commitment to creative, original artwork. This dedication to the art of tattooing is the secret to our success and longevity.

Throughout the years, dozens of award-winning artists have called Body Graphics home. Many have gone on to open their own studios across New England, carrying forward our legacy of independent success and exceptional tattoo work.

In 1999, we opened Body Graphics North, becoming one of Massachusetts's first legal tattoo studios after the 40-year ban on tattooing was lifted. We played a direct role in shaping the laws that allowed for the legal practice of tattooing in the state.

Body Graphics is also proud to have been the birthplace of Pulse International in 2000. This boutique manufacturer of top-tier tattoo machines and equipment will celebrate its 25th birthday next year. 

Our enduring policy is simple: treat clients right, ensure safety, and produce quality work. We have always celebrated diversity, proudly supporting female tattoo artists who bring a unique touch and extra magic to the art since our start.

From our friendly front staff to the exceptional artwork we produce, we are deeply grateful for the support we've received over the past 30 years. We began as a group of young artists with big ideas, and today, we remain a place for artists to express themselves and build a dedicated clientele. As one of the original ten tattoo shops in Connecticut, we continue to lead and inspire in the world of tattooing.
